Stand with your feet shoul­der­width apart and arms straight out to your sides. Bring one foot up and across your body to tap your hand, ro­tat­ing your core but keep­ing your head fac­ing for­ward. Re­peat on the other side. Do the pre­scribed num­ber of reps on each side.
