Get on all fours, with your hips raised high. Keep your core strong as you walk the hand and foot on one side for­ward, then do the same on the other side to move for­ward. Keep the move slow and con­trolled. Crawl for 20m, go­ing in a fig­ureof-eight if space is tight.
