Start in the bot­tom of a press-up. Keep­ing your arms bent and chest just off the floor, bring the hand and foot on op­po­site sides for­ward. Re­peat on the other sides to move for­ward. Walk for 20m, go­ing in a fig­ure-of-eight if space is tight.
