Stand­ing on the balls of your feet, squat and put your hands on the floor, el­bows in­side your knees. Keep­ing most of your weight on your hands jump your feet to one side, ex­tend­ing your lead­ing leg un­til it’s straight, then jump to the other side. Do the pre­scribed num­ber of reps on each side.
