SIDE-TO­SIDE lunge

Men's Fitness - - Your Four-Week Summer Body Plan -

Stand with your feet dou­ble shoul­der-width apart. Keep­ing your chest up and back straight, bend one leg and lower into a side lunge. Drive through your heel to re­turn to the mid­dle then drop into a lunge on the other side. Do the pre­scribed num­ber of reps on each side.
