Lie on your back with your legs to­gether. En­gage your core and raise your feet slightly off the floor. Keep­ing your legs straight, al­ter­nate lift­ing each foot. Don’t let your heels touch the floor un­til you fin­ish the set. Do the pre­scribed num­ber of reps on each side.
