I’ve been pre­par­ing for my up­com­ing Tough Mud­der (see p70) by adding park­our to my com­mute-run to work. The bonus: at 6am, most play­grounds on my route are bliss­fully kid-free (though still full of bro­ken glass and dis­carded cans of Tennent’s).
