Stand on your right leg on a Pow­er­Plate. Bend at the waist, keep­ing your left leg straight, and bring your arms over your head so your body is par­al­lel to the floor.

DUMB­BELL HEEL RAISE SETS 3 REPS 12

Stand hold­ing a dumb­bell in each hand with the front half of your foot on a raised plat­form. Slowly raise and lower your heels over the edge.

WEIGHTED RUS­SIAN TWIST SETS 3 REPS 8 EACH SIDE

Lie on a bench with a weight plate in your hands. Tuck your knees up so your feet are off the bench and slowly ma­noeu­vre the plate from side to side.
