Start in the top press-up po­si­tion with one hand on the floor and another on a towel. Lower your­self to­wards the ground, push­ing the ‘towel’ hand out to side as you do so – you should feel the stretch in your pec. Bring your hand back in as you press up. Com­plete all the reps on one sid, then switch.
