SETS 5 REPS 5 EACH ARM

Lie on the floor with a ket­tle­bell in one hand – your other arm should stay clear of the floor so you’re us­ing your core for sup­port. Press the ket­tle­bell di­rectly over­head, pause at the top and lower un­der con­trol. Your aim is five clean reps on each arm with a 32kg ket­tle­bell.
