Following a high-fat and veg-rich Mediterranean diet can improve your cognitive function, slow rates of cognitive decline, and lower your risk of Alzheimer’s, according to new research published in the journal
Frontiers In Nutrition. Researchers analysed 18 studies published since 2000 and found people who adhere to a diet high in olive oil, fish, vegetables and pulses had better working and long-term memory, attention spans and language skills than those who don’t.
