Wa­ter­melon has been de­scribed as “na­ture’s Vi­a­gra” thanks to its abil­ity to in­crease libido and en­hance blood flow to you-knowwhere. That’s down to its high con­cen­tra­tion of cit­rulline, an amino acid that re­laxes blood ves­sels.
