Urban activity gets a style upgrade thanks to Porsche Design Sport and brand ambassador Xabi Alonso

During his travels as a footballer, Xabi Alonso has won silverware at some of Europe’s biggest clubs. The World Cup-winning former Spain international was victorious in the Champions League with both Liverpool and Real Madrid (where he also won La Liga) before moving to all-conquering German side Bayern Munich. In his latest venture, a collaboration with Porsche Design Sport and Adidas, the 35-year-old midfielder’s movements are more modest. The new clothing collection focuses on urban commuting and like its ambassador, it’s versatile, technically adept and focused on performance. One of the stand-out pieces is this reflective jacket, which features the line’s trademark hexagon design that becomes visible when illuminated.
