You have to fuel your body with the right food – and it doesn’t have to be bor­ing. For break­fast, I might have three boiled eggs and a Muller Rice. It’s not go­ing to sit in my stom­ach when I train. You need to re­cover prop­erly too and get a nice hit of protein af­ter a ses­sion. You also need carbs for en­ergy, so cut­ting them out com­pletely isn’t an op­tion.
