BREAKFAST Mixed berry and banana porridge`
Heat up some porridge made with coarse oats (zinc). Then toss in some berries (antioxidants) and a few slices of banana (potassium).
LUNCH Smoked salmon salad
Mix leafy greens (nitrates) of your choice with sliced shallots, chopped roasted beetroot (nitrates), flaked smoked wild salmon (vitamin D, omega 3 fats), and one soft-boiled egg (choline).
Toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
DINNER Prawn avocado quinoa bowl
Add some grilled prawns (choline) to a bowl with cubed avocado (potassium), sliced cherry tomatoes (antioxidants), sweetcorn, chopped coriander leaves and 90g cooked quinoa (zinc).
