BREAK­FAST Mixed berry and ba­nana por­ridge`

Heat up some por­ridge made with coarse oats (zinc). Then toss in some berries (an­tiox­i­dants) and a few slices of ba­nana (potas­sium).

LUNCH Smoked sal­mon salad

Mix leafy greens (ni­trates) of your choice with sliced shal­lots, chopped roasted beet­root (ni­trates), flaked smoked wild sal­mon (vi­ta­min D, omega 3 fats), and one soft-boiled egg (choline).

Toss with bal­samic vinai­grette.

DIN­NER Prawn av­o­cado quinoa bowl

Add some grilled prawns (choline) to a bowl with cubed av­o­cado (potas­sium), sliced cherry toma­toes (an­tiox­i­dants), sweet­corn, chopped co­rian­der leaves and 90g cooked quinoa (zinc).
