To get abs of steel use the holy trin­ity of rings moves: the L-sit, front lever and back lever - each one works your core from a dif­fer­ent an­gle. Do one of the three at the end of each of your weekly work­outs. For the first four weeks, do the Tuck pro­gres­sion (see right), in­creas­ing the time each week as de­fined below. Then do the One-Leg pro­gres­sion for four weeks, then Strad­dle, then you’ll fi­nally be ready for Full Ex­ten­sion.
