Do the ex­er­cises in or­der, per­form­ing 12 reps of each with­out rest­ing or putting the bar down be­tween moves. At the end of the last ex­er­cise rest for two min­utes, then re­peat the cir­cuit. Do four to six cir­cuits in to­tal.
