The beauty of this plan – in ad­di­tion to giv­ing you all the tools you need to build a lean, strong and de­fined body – is that once you’ve com­pleted it (and kick-started your fat-burn­ing mis­sion) you can sim­ply go back to the be­gin­ning and start again to keep push­ing for­wards to­wards your best ever body. All you need to do is make the cir­cuits a lit­tle harder each time. This might mean us­ing slightly heav­ier dumb­bells, in­creas­ing the num­ber of reps you do for each move, or re­duc­ing the rest pe­riod. Make sure each ses­sion is tough but not so tough you can’t com­plete it.
