WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
The beauty of this plan – in addition to giving you all the tools you need to build a lean, strong and defined body – is that once you’ve completed it (and kick-started your fat-burning mission) you can simply go back to the beginning and start again to keep pushing forwards towards your best ever body. All you need to do is make the circuits a little harder each time. This might mean using slightly heavier dumbbells, increasing the number of reps you do for each move, or reducing the rest period. Make sure each session is tough but not so tough you can’t complete it.
