Festival’s big stage to see red
SHEFFIELD band RedFaces are the latest act to be added to this year’s Rochdale Feel Good Festival bill.
The four-piece will play the main stage on Saturday, August 12.
Their debut single Kerosene was released this year, making BBC Radio One’s ‘Best Of Introducing’ playlist and was named ‘Record of the Week’ by radio stations across the country. They’ve been played on BBC 6 Music, completed a headline UK tour and played the Leeds and T in the Park festivals.
The band, aptly named after they turned red in front of the crowd at one of their early school gigs, comprises pals Harry Lyon, Charlie Yapp, Isaac White and Ryan Laycock.
Razorlight, Manchester’s Baked A La Ska, Pacific, Marbelhead Johnson, The Bright Black, The Karpets fronted by Tom Hingley, Honeyfeet, DJ Dave Sweetmore, the Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band and the Delphina Kings, have already been announced
