Dis­ney­land date for dance school pupils

MID­DLE­TON dancers have been picked to per­form at Dis­ney­land Paris next year.

Dancers from Jayne Barnes Dance suc­cess­fully au­di­tioned to win the op­por­tu­nity.

t will see them per­form mainly mu­si­cal theatre num­bers on stage for tourists at the huge re­sort next year.

Dancers have also been picked to per­form in New York in 2019. They will ap­pear at the Town Hall Theatre in two year’s time.

In the mean­time the dance school, which is based at Mills Hill Com­mu­nity Hall, will be rais­ing money for the trips and tak­ing part in var­i­ous ex­ams, char­ity events and shows.

Rachel Barnes from the dance school said: “It’s go­ing to be a mag­i­cal ex­pe­ri­ence and the dancers are very ex­cited.

“As you can imag­ine we are all very proud of our dancers.” The dance school will be hold­ing its Christ­mas show­case on Satur­day, De­cem­ber 9 at Manch­ester Creative and Me­dia Academy.
