Clothes shop Peeping Tom walks free
A PERVERT who took up-skirt videos of women in a clothes shop walked free from court yesterday.
Borislav Kovechev, 30, ( above) told police officers he wanted pictures of “something nice” after he was caught in the act at New Look on Oxford Street, central London.
Security guards took his camera phone after he was seen acting suspiciously in the shop on July 1.
City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard how Kovechev was seen staring at young females in the shop and approaching them with a camera in his hand.
Guards then found images of women’s cleavages and knickers on his phone.
The self-employed IT engineer from Leyton, east London, admitted outraging public decency and was given a three-year community order, asked to pay £85 costs and banned from all shops in the Oxford Street area.
