COPS are still trying to discover the identity of a teenager who emerged from a German forest speaking fluent English and claiming to have lived there for five years.

The 17-year-old, called Ray, appeared at Berlin’s city hall on September 5, claiming his father had died two weeks earlier and he had buried him in the woods.

The boy, who speaks fluent English and a few words in German, said he could not remember where his family came from and had walked for two weeks to reach the city.

Now, police have sent his details to other countries in an attempt to match him with missing person reports.
