IT’S ALL OVER FOR DANNY
MIKE TYSON basher Danny Williams has promised to retire after being hammered in two rounds by Swede Leif Larsen in Spain last weekend.
Williams, 38, was stopped after being floored three times by the former NFL grid-iron player, who wouldn’t have got near him at his best.
Brixton’s former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion famously knocked out “Iron” Mike in July 2004, but was then battered by Vitali Klitschko in a world title fight later that year.
Williams did outpoint Audley Harrison in December 2005, but has struggled for form since losing a rematch in three rounds 12 months later.
Williams hangs up his gloves having won 44 fights and losing 11 times.
