Donna faces fraud trial
TV presenter Donna Air will stand trial for fraud after pleading not guilty to using an illegal parking permit.
The 32-year-old, who found fame on kids show
in the 1990s, denied applying for a permit from the borough of Kensington and Chelsea when she already had one for Westminster.
She faces a maximum fine of £2,500 if found guilty.
Ms Air appeared at Isleworth Crown Court where she denied a single count of fraud on Jan 21.
Judge Paul Dugdale fixed a trial date for March 28 next year and released her on unconditional bail.
