Cowell fury at Walliams’ BGT book
TALENT show guru Simon Cowell is livid after comedian David Walliams revealed he is planning to write a book about his time as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent.
The Little Britain star has already given the tome the working title of “Superbrat” – leaving BGT creator Cowell, 52, fuming.
Walliams will start filming the show next year. And he has told pals he will pen the warts-and-all account about the backstage drama on the ITV talent show.
An insider said: “Simon wants to keep everything that goes on behind the scenes secret.
“He can’t ban David from writing the book, but he’s made his displeasure known.”
Walliams, 40, has written four children’s books – The Boy in the Dress, Mr Stink, Billionaire Boy and Gangsta Granny.
