I’M GOIAN NOWHERE!
DORIN GOIAN says he wants to end his career at Ibrox by signing a new deal with Rangers.
The Romanian centre-half cost £700,000 from Italian side Palermo when Ally Mccoist swooped in the summer.
And his impressive displays since the start of the season have forced the club to open talks on extending his two-year agreement. Goian, 31, said: “I cannot think of a better way to finish my career than at Rangers.” Goian has loved his time in Glasgow – especially the Old Firm derbies. He added: “A win against Celtic is wonderful. The satisfaction when you see all the fans so happy is everything that a footballer wishes for.
“Every match we play is with a full stadium and in away matches half the stadium is filled with our fans.”
