Sales teenager stabbed once through heart
A TEEN knifed to death during Boxing Day sales on London’s Oxford Street was stabbed once in the heart, police have confirmed.
Seydou Diarrassouba, 18, from Mitcham, southwest London, was killed in broad daylight after a fight broke out at a Foot Locker sports shoe store.
Friends of the victim have paid tribute to him saying he was a “big personality” who always had a smile on his face.
One schoolfriend, Munwar Shaikk, 20, said: “I heard about it on social network sites.
“It’s devastating. He was such a big personality and a person everyone in Mitcham would know.”
Last night police were quizzing 11 people aged between 16 and 22 about the killing.
Detectives are also investigating a second stabbing on the same street four hours later.
A 21-year-old man is recovering from a leg wound which isn’t life-threatening.
