SOME chance of a few bright spells over the Pennines and into south east Scotland. Patchy rain in the north of Scotland and Wales, with the possibility of a shower on the south coast near the Isle of Wight.

Six degrees in London – maybe a full 10C in Edinburgh by mid-afternoon.

Thursday will see more rain sweeping across the country from the north, with any brightness down the east coast or in the south east.

Ten degrees more or less everywhere.
