SICK WHITNEY GAG FRANKIE BANNED
CONTROVERSIAL Scotch comic Frankie Boyle was BANNED from a venue – because of his outrageous jokes.
It emerged that The Wales Millennium Centre turned down a booking from Boyle ( right) at the height of the row over his quip about Katie Price and her son Harvey.
The Cardiff venue said it decided not to host the comic after he was censured by media watchdog Ofcom for appearing to “target and mock the mental and physical disabilities” of the eight-year-old boy.
News of the ban emerged just hours after Boyle made a tasteless joke about the death of Whitney Houston.
The 39-year-old said Whitney had lost him a bet that troubled footy ace Paul Gascoigne, 44, would die before she did.
He tweeted: “I’m pretty sad. Ladbrokes just told me that for my accumulator to pay out Gazza would have had to have died first.”
The comedian wanted to include the Cardiff venue in a tour but was turned down last year.
A spokeswoman said: “We pride ourselves on our accessibility policies and help to people with profound disabilities.”
