Deaf and dumb man ‘b****red’

A CONMAN was jailed for pretending to be an artist who was deaf and dumb after he was caught out when told to “B*gger off.”

Kula Wojciech, 29, was found with more than £8,000 cash after posing as a talented painter overcoming his disability.

But a court heard he bought the paintings for just £1 each from street markets in his native Poland and sold them doorto-door to kind-hearted people for £20 a time.

He was rumbled when one householder told him to “b*gger off” while his back was turned but he span round after plainly hearing the insult in Ferndale, South Wales

Wojciech admitted charges of fraud and false representation.

The judge at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court jailed him for six months.
