Three and in for Woody
JONATHAN WOODGATE is on course to earn a new contract with Stoke after rebuilding his career under Tony Pulis.
Woodgate is poised to trigger a clause in his current pay-as-you-play deal that guarantees him another 12 months at the Britannia Stadium.
The former England international, 32, signed as a free agent last summer after leaving Spurs.
And after a succession of injury-ravaged seasons he has made 17 league appearances for the Potters – with another three set to automatically win him a new contract.
