Sex foods egg men on in bed
EATING more eggs can help you perform better in the bedroom, according to a sex expert.
American boffin Don Zimmer, who studied which foods boost the male libido, reckons the humble egg helps push the male sex drive.
He explained: “Eggs contain high levels of vitamins B6 and B5, which balance hormone levels and combat stress.”
Zimmer also rates oysters whose high levels of zinc raise testosterone production and dopamine – a hormone that increases sexual desire.
Avocados also got rave reviews for vitamin B6 content which helps boost male hormones.
And garlic increases blood flow to the penis, thereby aiding erections.
He added: “I recommend daily servings of these foods to see a difference in male sexual stamina.”
