EAT­ING more eggs can help you per­form bet­ter in the bed­room, ac­cord­ing to a sex ex­pert.

Amer­i­can bof­fin Don Zim­mer, who stud­ied which foods boost the male li­bido, reck­ons the hum­ble egg helps push the male sex drive.

He ex­plained: “Eggs con­tain high lev­els of vi­ta­mins B6 and B5, which bal­ance hor­mone lev­els and com­bat stress.”

Zim­mer also rates oys­ters whose high lev­els of zinc raise testos­terone pro­duc­tion and dopamine – a hor­mone that in­creases sex­ual de­sire.

Avo­ca­dos also got rave re­views for vi­ta­min B6 con­tent which helps boost male hor­mones.

And gar­lic in­creases blood flow to the pe­nis, thereby aid­ing erec­tions.

He added: “I rec­om­mend daily serv­ings of these foods to see a dif­fer­ence in male sex­ual stam­ina.”
