WEDNESDAY will be wet and miserable for almost everyone with wind lashing the land. Maybe a bit of brightness coming in from the south west, but it will be too little too late for most of our rain-squelched nation. Temperatures of around 24C in East Anglia, cooler in the far north and west.
Thursday will be brighter, though with rain persisting in the west, Northern Ireland and Central belt of Scotland.
Temperatures about the same as Wednesday.
