Spycam perv ‘filmed pals staff toilets’
A FORMER council worker has admitted using secret cameras hidden in staff toilets to spy on colleagues.
Liam Gormley, 32, committed the seedy crimes between July 2010 to July 2012 and involved the use of cameras hidden in public places such as toilets and changing rooms.
These were said to include Newcastle Civic Centre, Dance City and Sports Central in Newcastle, as well as the Butlins holiday camp in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
The voyeurism charges allege that Gormley, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, observed another person doing a private act, knowing the person did not consent to being observed.
Gormley, now of, Newcastle, but previously of Blyth, Northumberland, made a brief appearance at Newcastle Crown Court to plead guilty to 27 charges, including voyeurism, of the 29 charges against him.
Judge John Milford QC adjourned the case for sentencing on October 26 to allow for the preparation of pre-sentence and psychiatric reports. DON’T risk drowning next time you travel by boat. Simply wear bicycle clips and fill your trousers with
