Naked hiker’s tackle ‘didn’t shock woman’
A NAKED rambler has won a battle to strip him of his conviction for causing distress to a female dog walker who saw his tackle.
Naturist Nigel Keer, 42, will now continue his nude hiking after a panel of judges gave a list of reasons to quash his conviction.
Mr Keer appealed after magistrates found him guilty of the public order offence of causing distress to the woman at a beauty spot called Otley Chevin, West Yorks, last October.
A judge at Leeds Crown Court told him that the charge would be dismissed because the panel considered it unlikely that Mr Keer’s naked walk had caused any alarm.
The court had heard that Mr Keer was arrested by an off-duty police officer, who said he saw a woman appear “distressed” when she noticed Mr Keer in just his hiking boots.
Dismissing the charges, Judge Guy Kearl said: “In view of the location and time of day we do not consider that anyone was likely to be harassed by this behaviour, intimidated or distressed.” DIRT BIKE babe Kheenah Fossey is WHEELIE fit – because she’s a full-blown Motocross racer!
The blonde stunna might look a preened and polished glamour puss, a girl who’d run away shrieking at the first sign of mud.
But hardnut Kheenah is a pro motorcycle racer who competes in the Maxxis British Motocross Championship.
The no-nonsense 20-year-old caught the bug from her dad, Kevin Fossey, who’s also a big name on the Motocross circuit.
And while the 32E beauty from Northampton looks perfect in our sensational pics, she’s hiding all manner of scars, cuts and bruises – and she’s usually caked head to toe in MUCK!
Kheenah, who’s a member of the Northampton Motocross Club and rides a Yamaha YZ 125cc bike, explained: “I used to get dragged to Motocross circuits all over the UK with my dad.
“After a while I thought, ‘Sod sitting in the van all day, I’m going it a try myself ’.
“Some of the lads don’t like getting overtaken by a girl, especially as my blonde hair is always falling out of the back of my helmet!
“But they know I take racing seriously. I’ve had just as many crashes and prangs as they have, and I’ve got plenty of scars to show off.
“I recently broke my wrist – it was jutting off at a right angle to my arm – and I’ve broken loads of bones in my feet and hands.
“It’s all just part and parcel of being a motocross racer and after a while you honestly get used to the pain.”
