I’LL NEVER BE A TWIT, SAYS DIOUF

Midweek Sport - - THURSDAY OCTOBER 11 -

EL-HADJI DIOUF insists he has no plans to make a Twit of himself – because he can do without the abuse.

Leeds fans have bombarded the Senegal star with requests to join Twitter so the loan signing can keep them bang up to date with what he’s up to.

But the 31-year-old revealed he’s steering clear of it for fear of online abuse after a string of run-ins with rival players and fans.

“I don’t want to be involved because a lot of people would say a lot of things,” said Diouf.

“I know Liverpool fans don’t like me so much because of the way I came back and celebrated after scoring against them soon after leaving.”
