QPR striker Bobby Zamora will play the rest of the season with a problem hip.

But he can’t manage to get through a whole game because of it.

Further surgery is likely in the summer and fellow forward Loic Remy is sidelined by a groin strain.

It all adds up to a big headache for Hoops boss Harry Redknapp as he battles to beat the drop.

Rangers are drawing games instead of getting wins because they don’t score enough goals.

Redknapp revealed: “Bobby can’t play 90 minutes. If I had Bobby Zamora it would be a different team, no doubt about it.

“He had an operation on his hip and it seizes up during games. He may need another op at the end of the season.

“After 10 minutes he feels it just clamp up on him.

“Getting him through half a game, 40 minutes or 35 is a miracle at the moment – that’s as much as we can get out of him.”
