THE northern half of the country will be rather lovely on Wednesday, with sunshine in bonnie Scotland, northern England and Wales. Cloudier in Northern Ireland and overcast in southern and south eastern England. Maximum temperatures of 7C in south west England and south wales, between 4C and 6C elsewhere.
Thursday will be much the same, with sunshine reaching even further south.
Temperatures a degree or two warmer than Wednesday, reaching 9C in south wales and the north of Scotland. OUTLOOK: It will become cloudier.
