Imogen turns to rugby hunk to boost her curves No 1 FOR CELEB BABES

Midweek Sport - - GADGET BOY - By ALICE WALKER

NEW mum Imogen Thomas turned to a hard rugby star to help get her SCRUM-my figure back.

The former Big Brother babe – and former lover of footie ace Ryan Giggs – called in ex-Wales rugger player David Evans to get back her famous curves.

David has revealed how he used hypnosis on the busty brunette and got her to shout: “I am slim, healthy and energetic!”

Imogen, 30, hit 12 stone while she was pregnant with her first child and she was determined to shed the pounds after her baby daughter was born in February.

Ex-Wales star David said: “We made a peak performance programme for Imogen, with the input of professional athletes and doctors.

“It included hypnosis techniques, education about nutrition and the human body.

“In our exercise sessions I would start with neurologistics, combining a movement such as jumping up and down in the air, while shouting ‘I am slim, healthy and energetic,’

“It gets someone into a positive state of mind and confident.”

And itt worked – with Imogen Tweeting pictures of herself in her post-baby bloom looking GREAT.

The former Miss Wales lost one-and-a-half stone in six weeks, helped by a diet of vegetables, hemp protein shakes, no dairy or bread products and a strict positive mental attitude.

Imogen started her regime eight weeks after she gave birth with the goal of doing a sexy new photo shoot.

David – now a qualified hypnotherapist – has also helped top fashion designer Julien MacDonald to shed the pounds before his appearance on Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model.

He said: “I saw him in the gym training for month after month, and he just wasn’t getting any results so I went to talk to him about what I did and he was interested.

“We sat down and talked about what he wanted to achieve.

“So what you see with regard to Julien now is what we did for him.

“Even Elle MacPherson said he looked 10 years younger!”
