CHELSEA have warned world football that Roman Abramovich’s first decade of success is just the tip of the iceberg.

Stamford Bridge chief exec Ron Gourlay has predicted that the Blues will become even

MORE of a football powerhouse after already spending more than £2BILLION in 10 years.

With Jose Mourinho’s return and a new £300m sponsorship deal with Adidas, Gourlay (right) thinks Chelsea can knock Barcelona and Bayern Munich off their perch and dominate for years to come.

“The enjoyment is seeing just how big this football club is and how far it has come. It is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Gourlay.

“We’re in a very strong position, but we mustn’t let complacency come in. The bar continues to be raised off the field as well as on it. We have been extremely successful on the trophy front over the last 10 years and we have the same objectives as we planned in the past.

“We must keep moving forward. We want to be successful.

“Everybody at the club has the same objective – we all want to be winners.”
