By George, marriage feels pretty damn great
NEWLYWED actor George Clooney has declared that married life “feels pretty damn great”.
The Oscar winner tied the knot with British barrister Amal Alamuddin in Venice at the weekend in a ceremony attended by A-list stars.
Talking to magazine, George said: “My verdict on being Mr and Mrs Clooney? It feels pretty damn great.”
In its 40-page coverage the mag reveals that he wore cufflinks which were a gift from his bride with “George” inscribed in Arabic.
Guests at the lavish reception included Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Bono and George’s best friend Rande Gerber, with his wife Cindy Crawford.
The eyes of the world were on the couple who appeared happy to share their joy with well-wishers lining the canals of Venice to catch a view of the stars in their midst.
