Revolution a bunch of rebels with not a clue!

Midweek Sport - - NEWS -

BBC3’s The Revolution Will Be Televised is like Beadle’s About crossed with a sixth-form debating society.

Instead of playing pranks on hapless members of the public, its victims are the favourite bogeymen of the right-on brigade: bankers, politicians, the media, etc.

The trouble is, these fine freedom fighters generally get as far as the front desk – meaning the only people they harass are minimum wage security guards and receptionists.

When they do meet a big wig face to face – as they did with F1 boss Bernie Eccleston or ex-U.S. President Bill Clinton – the targets came over as nicer and funnier than the brave rebels.
