HOLLYWOOD hunk Robert Downey Jr will reportedly pick up a THIRTY MILLION pound pay cheque to return as Iron Man!

But this time, the costumed superhero will be a VILLAIN!

He’ll battle former pal Captain America – played by Chris Evans – in the third adventure.

An insider revealed: “Downey’s contract was up but top executives were really desperate for him to stay as Iron Man. They did not want to recast the role.”

The new movie will be partly based on a Marvel comic book series called Civil War.

In the film, Captain America goes on the run after billionaire Tony Stark – Iron Man’s true identity – supports a law forcing superheroes to reveal who they really are under their suits.
