SEETHING SEB BLASTS SHOCK SWEDEN CHOP
SEB LARSSON has hit out after being dropped by Sweden for the first time in three years.
The frustrated Sunderland midfielder risks a rift with boss Erik Hamren for questioning his shock omission.
Larsson had to settle for a place on the bench as Sweden beat Liechtenstein in Solna to remain unbeaten in Euro 2016 qualifying.
The 29-year-old moaned: “I didn’t like it. I was very disappointed and I think that’s pretty easy to understand.”
Larsson, who has 68 Sweden caps, missed a penalty in the 1-1 draw with Russia in his most recent appearance.
He added: “It’s tough when you don’t get to play and now I have to try to win my place back.”
