COURT ORDERS MAN TO WEAR UNDIES!
‘Stay sober and keep it in your trousers’
A SERIAL flasher has been ordered by a court to never to leave his house without UNDERPANTS on.
Terry Emberson – who was first convicted for indecent exposure in 1983 – was hauled before a judge and pleaded guilty to four counts of indecent exposure.
The 47-year-old pervert has convictions for similar offences in 1993, 2010 and 2012, was arrested after a flashing spree in July this year.
The pervert was caught after travelling around railway stations in Hertfordshire exposing himself to women over a two-hour period.
St Albans Crown Court heard how Emberson showed off his tackle to five females young and old at stations in the county.
He was arrested in August after the British Transport Police issued a CCTV image.
He told cops he “wasn’t in the habit of wearing underwear” but admitted four counts of indecent exposure.
Judge John Plumstead ordered Emberson to wear pants from now on, telling him that as part of his sexual offences prevention order he was not allowed “out in public without underpants on under his trousers”.
Emberson was also ordered to attended community sex offenders group work programme and was jailed for 18-months, suspended for 18-months.
Judge Plumstead told the pervert: “Stay sober and keep it in your trousers.
“If you fail to do either you will be in breach of this order.”
After the case PC Alexei Bobkov, who led the investigation, said: “I’d like to thank the members of the public who came forward with information.”
