Halle hubby sued for $5m over ‘shove’

Midweek Sport - - NEWS -

AN airport employee who claims he was pushed to the ground by Hollywood star Halle Berry’s husband is suing for $5m compo.

Ronaldo Owens was at work at Los Angeles’ LAX when Olivier Martinez, who’d flown in from Paris with Berry ( above) and their two kids, allegedly used a baby’s car seat to shove him out of the way, making him fall.

Reports claim Owens filed a lawsuit alleging he was attacked for no reason.

The scuffle was caught on video and showed Martinez, 49, walking in front of Berry. As they near the glass exit doors, they are swarmed by photographers.

Owens is filmed standing to one side and holding up what looks like a digital camera before the Frenchman appears to lunge at him with the empty baby’s car seat that he had been using as a barricade between himself and the media.

Owens is seen lying on the ground as the Monster’s Ball Oscar winner is ushered on her way by bodyguards. TOASTERS were banned in Havana, Cuba, until 2008.
