BREAKING Bad star Bryan Cranston has revealed he wanted to become a policeman – but went into acting to pick up girls.

The 59-year-old ( above), famous for his role as criminal mastermind Walter White in the Netflix drama, studied police science at college.

But rather than walk the beat, the Yank decided to follow his penis onto the stage after spotting his sexy co-stars.

Bryan said: “On my first day studying police science there was this 17-year-old drama girl sitting on the floor wearing a tube top and hot pants.

“From that moment I was done with police work.

“The girls in theatre arts were much prettier. I changed the course of an entire life based on the libido of an 18-year-old boy.”

Bryan landed his first major acting role as hapless dad Hal in US comedy Malcolm in the Middle in 2000.

He is now starring in Trumbo, a thriller about Spartacus screenwriter Donald Trumbo, who was blacklisted for his political views.
