Pirelli babe’s court win over billionaire ex
MODEL Christina Estrada could soon be stripping all the way to the bank – after winning a court battle over her billionaire ex.
The former Pirelli calendar stunna had taken her Saudi former hubby Walid Juffali to court over a slice of his £150m property assets.
Trusts belonging to the tycoon include a £50m seven-bedroom converted church in Knightsbridge – with a cinema and swimming pool – a £100 million estate beside Windsor Great Park and a country house on the Devon coast valued at £2.5 million.
The 60-year-old, who has a 13-year-old daughter with the model ( above), had tried to dodge the bid after claiming legal immunity through his career as a Caribbean diplomat.
But Mr Justice Hayden overruled the plea on the grounds that Juffali had “not undertaken any duties of any kind” since taking on the role in April 2014.
Estrada, 53, was given an £8m mansion plus £69,000-a-month in the divorce two years ago.
