Jump’s Beth back home after fall
GYMNAST Beth Tweddle has been discharged from hospital following a fall during training for Channel 4 show The Jump.
The 30-year-old ( above), who won bronze at the London Olympic Games in 2012, tweeted a snap of herself wearing a neck brace.
She tweeted, “Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know the good news that I am being discharged from hospital today.”
Beth had a neck operation which involved having a piece of bone taken from her hip to help fuse two fractured vertebrae in her neck.
On Saturday, she said she had started to feel better and was walking by herself but said she was “taking one day at a time” and thanking doctors and fans.
Beth is one of five celebs injured on the third series of The Jump, prompting Channel 4 to review safety procedures.
