JUDGES SPANK NAUGHTY NUDISTS They order sex dungeons to be demolished
A KINKY SEX DUNGEON is set to be demolished after council killjoys deemed it “unsuitable”.
The Kestrel Hydro Naturist Spa lost a battle to keep its doors open after a judge ruled that the X-rated facility wasn’t fitting for the green belt land it is built on.
The local council issued a closure order to the club in 2015 and said the buildings were an “inappropriate development” for the rural area.
And the naughty adults-only spa, DONE FOR: Site of kinky sex den where randy guests can use cages and harnesses to satisfy their lust, will now be bulldozed after they lost a second appeal.
The nudists initially took their case the High Court, where their first challenge was dismissed in April last year.
They contested the result and so the case was moved to the Court of Appeals in London. but the saucy attraction will now be closed for good after the appeal judges sided with Surrey’s Spelthorne Borough Council.
In a written ruling Justices McFarlane and Lindblom said: “The structures the council says must be taken down are part and parcel of the unauthorised mixed use.
“They were intrinsically part of the breach of planning control.”
Bosses at the club – which offers six-month memberships for just £10 for single ladies – have been ordered to revert the site back into a single family dwelling house.
They have also been ordered to grass over the car park and knock down outbuildings and a marquee-style structure.
